We would like to thank our Stars of the Month for February — Dylan, Paddy, and Izzy — for their fantastic work and dedication throughout the month. Each winner was nominated by their colleagues, and out of these nominations, the final winners were selected by the Vikki Jackson - Smith (managing director).

Dylan was recognised for his brilliant attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for the team, always stepping up to support others and showing a real commitment to teamwork.

Paddy was nominated for his constant willingness to help out wherever needed. His positive approach and proactive attitude never go unnoticed, and his contributions have made a real difference.

Izzy received her nomination for her creative work on our socials and her amazing designs for the new company mugs. On top of this, Izzy’s exceptional organisation and ability to stay ahead of schedule was also highlighted.

Thank you once again to Dylan, Paddy, and Izzy for all your hard work – and to everyone who took the time to submit nominations this month.

Shout Out to All Nominees

We would also like to give a special mention to all of February’s nominees. Your efforts do not go unnoticed, and we are proud to have such a hardworking, supportive team.

All nominees receive a J&B chocolate bar, and each of our Star of the Month winners receives a gift card as a thank you for their hard work.

How to Nominate

Star of the Month is open to all team members, and we encourage everyone to nominate a colleague who they feel deserves recognition. To submit a nomination, simply speak to your manager or email your nomination to isobel.hanley@jbrecycling.co.uk.

Please include:

• The full name of the person you are nominating.
• A brief reason for your nomination.

All nominations are forwarded to Managing Director Vikki Jackson-Smith, who carefully reviews each one and selects the winners.

Nominations are open until the end of the month - don’t miss the chance to recognise someone’s hard work!
