Congratulations to our December Stars of the Month Ashleigh, our Operations Manager, and Karol, one of our dedicated Baler Operators!

Ashleigh received multiple nominations for her exemplary work in overseeing the IT transition, all while adeptly managing her already demanding schedule. Her leadership and dedication have been crucial during this period of change.

Karol was nominated for his excellence as a baler operator throughout the year. His consistent performance, attention to detail, and positive attitude ensure his area operates seamlessly, making him a valued team member.

There were lots of other fantastic nominations in December. Special mentions go out to the following:

Kelsey Smith: Stepping up to the plate in employees' absence; handling well, picking up extra shifts and trying to ensure that we are still running a tight ship to maintain our amazing levels of customer service!

Emily Harrison: Handling tasks efficiently, picking up extra shifts, and working to ensure we maintain our outstanding levels of customer service!

Phil Timmens and Evaldas Lekavicius: For their outstanding assistance in distributing gift vouchers, consistently demonstrating helpfulness and accommodation, contributing significantly to the team’s success.

Daniel Sugden: For his commendable initiative in being the first to volunteer for the Firewalk.

David Smart: Using his initiative and sending marketing contamination pics for social media.

Chris Lumley: His epic Elf on the Shelf pics, adding festivities to the office!

Nominations can be made by emailing marketing@jbrecycling.co.uk. You need to include the full name of the person you are nominating, as well as reason for the nomination. All nominations are forwarded to Managing Director Vikki Jackson-Smith, who chooses the winner/s.
