The winner of Star of the Month for the month of May is our amazing John Dullard! Our Weighbridge Operator was nominated by members of his team because although he often finds himself in stressful situations, he will always go out of his way to help and remain calm and collected. John’s name is often highlighted in star of the month nominations, truly showing the impact his help has on the team.

As usual, as well as celebrating our Star of the Month, John, we also want to shout about the other amazing members of Team J&B who were nominated by their teams for their fantastic work and the kind words they had to say about them.

Our loader operator, Dariusz Przezdiecki, was nominated by members of the team due to his extremely hard work, in which he does with grace and always with a smile. He works hard to get the job done efficiently and effectively!

Kieran Clark was nominated by senior members of staff because he is always happy to help and never says no to a task, regardless of if its part of his role or not. A particular member of staff recounted that at the beginning of the month, Kieran has never had to put a computer together, but when he asked to help, of course he said yes. Towards the end of the month, he probably lost count of the amount of computer monitors and brackets that he has installed across the company since completing that one task. As well as this, he didn’t complain once. The team say that they would be lost without him!
