Congratulations to Daniel and Marta, our July Stars of the Month!

Daniel has shown real dedication, running both the transport and customer service departments, especially on days when we were short-staffed. His commitment to getting the job done, often staying late to ensure everything is in order, has not gone unnoticed. On top of that, Daniel has recently completed his IOSH course - a significant achievement!

Marta has also excelled, leading a new R&D project that truly went above and beyond her role. Thanks Marta, your hard work will make a really big impact!

We’d also like to give a shout-out to those who were all nominated by their colleagues this month:

Edwin: for stepping out of his comfort zone and nearly completing his training on the baler.

Phil: for working extra shifts to cover for colleagues who were sick.

Paddy Sullivan: for stepping up and working extra shifts to cover for sickness.

Herbie Clayton: for his willingness to work additional hours to help cover for sickness.

Lucy Peckett: for wearing a shark suit in aid of National Shark Day

Well done to everyone and thank you for your continued dedication.

You need to include the full name of the person you are nominating, as well as the reason for the nomination. All nominations are forwarded to Managing Director Vikki Jackson-Smith, who chooses the winner/s.
