Stars of the Month

Leon Holmer

Leon has taken on the challenging role of overseeing operations at South Tees while managing Baltic Street. His hard work, supported by the management team and site staff, has significantly improved the culture and efficiencies at South Tees. Leon’s remarkable ability to identify problems and inefficiencies has transformed the atmosphere and work ethic at the site for the better. Last week, Leon was promoted to Interim Site Manager for South Tees, recognising his outstanding contributions and leadership.

Wladek Kozik

Wladek has been an invaluable help to sick leave. He has done a significant amount of overtime to ease the pressure on our team, demonstrating his dedication and team spirit.

Special Mentions

Kelsey Smith: For consistently working extra hours to support the team, showcasing her commitment and strong work ethic.

Emily Harrison: Emily has gone above and beyond with the Purgo System rollout, carrying out reconciliation between systems, setting up subcontractors, identifying issues, and assisting other team members with questions or problems.

Robbie Williams: For his exceptional contributions to the Purgo System rollout, ensuring its successful implementation.

Ashleigh Sweeney: For her dedication in giving up two weekends this month to support Accounts with deadlines and invoicing, which has been greatly appreciated.

Victoria: For doing an excellent job while the Accounts team has been short-staffed, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Patrick Sullivan: For his remarkable ability to identify problems and inefficiencies, greatly improving the atmosphere and work ethic at the South Tees site.

All nominations are forwarded to Managing Director Vikki Jackson-Smith, who chooses the winner/s.
