Congratulations to Our Stars of the Month for April!

Winners - Anna, Izabella, Phil.

Anna Sodja has gone above and beyond this month, putting in a significant amount of overtime and handling two emergency call-outs on her days off to cover other supervisors.

Izabella Halasowska goes above and beyond her role as a picker, demonstrating extensive knowledge of the plant and always being the first to address breakdowns. She is fully committed to J&B and regularly works additional shifts.

Phil Allen has embraced the use of his PurGo tablet, seamlessly integrating the new system into his workflow. He is now set to assist other drivers with training and using PurGo.

Special Mentions

Mato Chiverton: Mato has been the sole designated forklift driver on his shift for around three months, maintaining the baling area to a high standard. He has also done his fair share of overtime, ensuring the area is clean and tidy for incoming shifts.

Karol Baczek: Karol has taken on a lot of overtime to cover the baler/forklift driver position and is always willing to help wherever needed.

Jane Harrison: During the PurGo implementation on our weighbridges, Jane has shown incredible patience and adaptability. Despite not being the most confident with technology, she has fully embraced the change and worked with us to resolve issues.

Stephen Flounder: Stephen consistently puts in exceptional effort on all tasks, particularly housekeeping, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.

Wladek Kozik: Wladek has shown remarkable commitment and dedication to the company, always willing to go the extra mile.

Darren Cooper: Darren is always willing to help out whenever he can, demonstrating a strong team spirit and reliability.

Thank you to everyone for your continued hard work and dedication.

You need to include the full name of the person you are nominating, as well as reason for the nomination. All nominations are forwarded to Managing Director Vikki Jackson-Smith, who chooses the winner/s.
